A note on language
The community runs largely in Dutch — that's the honest truth and also part of why it has held together for thirty-plus years. But English is welcome wherever it helps: questions, comments, side-discussions, lunch sessions on request. Several board members switch comfortably between the two, and you'll find that most of your established colleagues will too.
